Aion Elyos Leveling Guide 10-25 – by Akyros
This is a continuation of Akyros’s previous 1-10aion guide and this is as good as it gets. I will just copy paste the review for 1-10 coz there is nothing more to tell. Although if you find yourself grinding a lot more than before, please dont blame the guide, blame NCSoft, dont blame this aion leveling guide. 
This is as good as a free guide is going to get. Extremely extensive for a free elyos leveling guide. It almost feels like a paid guide, while going through the guide, I felt like reviewing it like a paid guide but controlled myself . I think if we color code the instructions, put up maps and illustrations along the way and add a few tips and videos along the way and it will be almost as good as the KFguides Aion leveling guide 1-50. So far Akyros has completed upto level 25 for the Elyos faction. He is apparently busy with leveling his character which i am told is pretty high up in his server. Kudos , this one sure is amazing for a free guide.

Around Verteron there are Small Vortexes in the air. You have to use your Extract Aether to gather it. If you are leveling your Extracting skills I recommend extracting it every time that your flying time is recharged. Before you leave the Verteron zone your Extract Aether needs to be 50. Be sure to save at least 10 Aether Powder since you will need it for a quest at level 20.
QUEST LOOP – Go Counterclockwise around Verteron.
**There is Tog named Gaione that patrols around Verteron. Get Quest: The Guardian Who Became a Tog if you see him. You will probably see him again in your travels so you can turn it in.
Loot: 5 Crystal Fragments. These are scattered randomly outside Verteron.
Investigate the Loiterers Camp. Straight North of the Verteron Gate.
Kill: Sharphorn Starcrab for 6 Starcrab Carapaces.
Kill: Swamp Starturtle for 5 Starturtle Shells.
Kill: 11 Spiral Lobnites.
Kill: 10 Brownbeak Airon.
Kill: 10 Swamp Slink.
**Kill: 9 Mud Potcrab if you got the quest from Gaione. Turn it in if you see him again.

Stay left as you enter the mine.
You will come to an Item Stack(898, 2016).

Turn In: Stolen Village Seal to Gaphyrk(894, 2024), in the cage. (14,900 EXP)
Get Quest: Gaphyrk’s Love.
Now clear a path down the hill to Mimiti(907, 2104).
Aggro Mimiti and kite her back up to Gaphyrk by hitting her while walking backwards. Careful to not get any more mobs. You will enter a cutscene when you get her close to the cage.
Turn In: Gaphyrk’s Love to Gaphyrk. (15,500 EXP)
Get Quest: Village Seal Found.
Update Quest: Village Seal Found by using the Item Stack.
Go back to Tolbas Village.
Turn In: Secret Trade to Saminel. (5,000 EXP)
Update Quest: Odium in the Dukaki Settlement at Leto.
Turn In: Village Seal Found to Santenius. (21,600 EXP)
Turn In: Retrieving Supplies to Abolos. (11,000 EXP)
Get Quest: Lightningfoot Tuka.
Exit North and wait at the fork in the road for Lightningfoot Tuka. He runs Counterclockwise around the hill between the fork in the road. You should see him in less than 2min.
After you kill Tuka follow the right fork.
You should see a large rock outcropping to the North that has the cauldrons on it, go there.
Be on the lookout for a Tursin Bigmouth. Kill: these until you get the Bell Strike Rod.
Once you get the Rod, ring the Dukaki Alarm(760, 2474). Be ready to kill the spawn, Overseer Redtum.
Loot: the Odium Solvent he drops.
Update Quest: Odium in the Dukaki Settlement by using the Solvent at the Cauldrons(794, 2489).
Continue killing Dukaki as you head over to Poppy(950, 2479), who is South of the rock outcropping.
Kill: Dukaki for 2 Dukaki Amulets, Naia’s Bracelet(Bruiser), Naia’s Necklace(Watcher), and Naia’s Ring(Cook).
**The amulets have a horrid drop rate, took me almost a full hour of grinding to get them one time, but another time I got them in less than 5min.
After you get all the above items:
Update Quest: Missing Poppy and lead her back to Tolbas Village.
Turn In: Missing Poppy at Cannon. (30,400 EXP)
Update Quest: Odium in the Dukaki Settlement at Leto.

Loot: 10 Contaminated Body Fluid Samples from Giant Rake Claw Frillnecks, Venomous Arachna, and Glade Plumas.
Once you get the Contaminated Samples go back to Lepios.

Run West to Illos.
Turn In: Collecting Poison Sacs. (12,700 EXP)
Update Quest: Source of the Pollution at Geolus.
Go to Tolbas Village.
Turn In: Frillneck Hunt at Leto. (54,300 EXP)
Update Quest: Trandila’s Eggs.
Head back to the Frillneck Habitat.
Kill: Trandila, spawns at either(1632, 2364) or (1690, 2340).
Return to Tolbas Village.
Turn In: Trandila’s Eggs to Leto. (54,000 EXP)
Exit North and stick to the right at the fork in the road.
Stay in the Dukaki Mine until your Extract Vitality skill is 45.
Right after the hut where Poppy is located there is another fork in the road.
Go Southeast at the fork.
You will come across Headless Stone Statue(1021, 2583).
Get Quest: Headless Stone Statue.
Cross the road and enter the lower pool of water.
Loot: Head of Stone Statue at (1013, 2614).
Return to Headless Stone Statue.

Continue to follow the road South.
Loot Targena along the way until your Extract Vitality skill is 55.
Follow the road until you get to Considerate Lagos(1314, 2515).

Cross the bridge to the East.

Run North down to the pond.
Kill: Poisonous Bubblegut(1660, 2749). You have 2 Slime Immunity Medicine you need to use in order to kill Bubblegut, they remove the Spout Sticky Protection Fluid buff that Bubblegut has. Attack Bubblegut then use a potion, keep attacking until Bubblegut applies another protection and use the next potion to remove it.
Update Quest: Source of the Pollution at Kato’s Spirit who will spawn on Bubblegut’s corpse.
Kill: 12 Contaminated Swamp Slimes.
Kill: Mud Ribbit for 5 Ribbit Blood.
Loot: 7 Swamp Plant Root.
Run South up the hill to Roseino.
Turn In: Slaying Slimes. (23,000 EXP)

When you accept this quest you will turn into a parrot. Follow the coast Northwest until you see a beached ship. Fly aboard and go down into the cargo hold. There is a cutscene.
After the cutscene go back to Khidia.

Make your way back to the hold of the ship to kill Captain Kinsgreen, will need at least one more person or you can try killing one add and running.
On the way start doing:

Kill: 12 Sea Starturtles.
Kill: Shipwrecked Crewmembers until one drops Lepharist Coded Order.

Head back to Lodas.
Turn In: Three Kurin Brothers. (80,000 EXP)
Turn In: The Elim Tragedy. (66,000 EXP)

Teleport to Sanctum.
Port across the City.
Go into the Library of the Sages.
Update Quest: Helping Memnes at Coeus(2041, 1496).
Return or Port to Eltnen Fortress.
Turn In: Helping Memnes to Memnes. (80,000 EXP)
Get Quest: Kerubian Weapons.
Go down to ground level and head to Phomona.
Turn In: A Ruler’s Duty. (132,000 EXP)
Head to the Putrid Mire.
Kill: Kerubian Fighters for 1 Kerubian Weapon.
Kill: Kerubian Gatherers for 15 Kerubian Horns.
Head South to Demro.
Turn In: Kerubian Horns. (7,600 EXP)
Follow the Road South through the Manduri Ruins to Outpost Ruins.
Update Quest: Confidential Orders at Novan(Patrols the Ruins).
Get Quest: Spiner Pincers.
Update Quest: Harumonerk’s Request at Herodes(938, 2220).
Turn In: Confidential Orders. (52,000 EXP)
Get Quest: Killing Crestliches.
Skip Quest: [Spy] Message to a Spy.
Update Quest: Disappearing Aether at Lakaias(942, 2207).
Turn In: Lost Jewel Box to Justachys(948, 2203). In the little fortification.
Go Southwest 110 meters.
Update Quest: Disappearing Aether at Destroyed Artifact(1009, 2108).
Go back to Lakaias.
Update Quest: Disappearing Aether.
Go back Southwest to the ruins.
Kill: Relic Caryatids for 5 Revolutionary Symbols.
Go Northwest into the Eiron Desert.
Start to Kill: Snapping Spiners for 15 Plump Pincers.
Start to Kill: 14 Desert Crestlich.
Kill: 7 Redthroat Crestlich. There are a few East of where Lodas is.
Last chance to turn in Balaur Bones to Harumonerk or get Harumonerk’s Request and A Lepharist Box. Hopefully you were able to do them all. No biggie if you didn’t.
Head back South into the Ruberein Wastes.
You will see a Lepharist Dwelling on your left.
Loot: Stolen Item of Sanctum from inside a doorway.
Go East and Finish:
Kill: Snapping Spiners for 15 Plump Pincers.
Kill: 14 Desert Crestlich.
Kill: mobs until you are within 142,400xp of level 25.
Go to the Outpost Ruins.
Update Quest: Disappearing Aether at Lakaias.
Turn In: Spiner Pincers to Novan. (80,400 EXP)
Turn In: Killing Crestliches to Herodes. (62,000 EXP)
Get Quest: When Statues go Bad from Justachys.
Go South.
Kill: 15 Ancient Caryatids.
Go back to Outpost Ruins.
Turn In: When Statues go Bad to Justachys. (69,700 EXP)
Get Quest: Maeki Attack.
Go South around the hill and turn Northeast.
Start to Kill: Striped Maekis.
Update Quest: Kaidan Prisoner at Taera(997, 2407).
Keep leveling your Extract Vitality. It should be 180 by now.
Make sure you have 5 Aquamarine Ore.
Kill: 24 Striped Maekis as you head back to Outpost Ruins.
Turn In: Maeki Attack. (111,600 EXP)
Return to Eltnen Fortress.
Get Quest: Thirst-Quencher from Machaon.
Turn In: Disappearing Aether to Valerius. (155,800 EXP)
Exit the main Fortress and take the West bridge.
Get Quest: A Daeva’s Reputation (II) from Shaoranyerk. You should have 5 Aquamarine Ore.
Turn In: A Daeva’s Reputation (II). (43,200 EXP)
Port to Sanctum.
Buy your level 25 Skill Manuals.
Get Quest: from your Class Trainer. Just gives a quest to contact your more advanced Class Trainer in the Protector’s Hall.
Update Quest: Testing Your Mettle at Jucleas.
Go to the Coliseum and talk to Rinos(1426, 1248). You have to talk to the Arena Master to enter and leave the Arena.
Update Quest: Testing Your Mettle.
Head back to Jucleas at the Lyceum.
Turn In: Testing Your Mettle. (10,000 EXP) (250 AP)
Get Quest: The Abyss Quiz.
Port across the City.
Enter the Artisans Hall and take the lift up to the Protectors Hall.
Turn In: Your Class Quest at your Class Master. (47,923 EXP)
Go down the lift and into the Library of the Sages.

Return to Eltnen Fortress.

Fly out of the Fortress.
Update Quest: Testing Flight Skills at Daedalus(386, 2704). He is on a floating platform about level with the Fortress.
Fly counterclockwise around the Fortress through the rings.

Go into the Fortress.
Turn In: Testing Flight Skills to Telemachus. (134,300 EXP)

um, perhaps im not reading this right, but it seems that as soon as you finish Poeta, your guide goes to the 20-25 section, and skips 10-20 completely. The whole verteron area is missing, and everything after that until eltnon.
