This is as good as a free aion guide is going to get. Extremely extensive for a free aion leveling guide. It almost feels like a paid aion guide, while going through the guide, I felt like rating it like a paid guide but controlled myself 
. I think if we color code the instructions, put up maps and illustrations along the way and add a few tips and videos along the way and it will be almost as good as the KFguides Aion leveling guide 1-50. So far Akyros has completed upto level 25 for the Elyos faction. He is apparently busy with leveling his character which i am told is pretty high up in his server. Kudos , this one sure is amazing for a free elyos leveling guide.

I like to gather almost everything I can until I no longer get experience for gathering it. Leveling your Extracting is very slow, if you want to level fast do not level Extracting.
Go North.
Turn In: Sleeping on the Job to Mires(1141, 1032). (50 EXP)
Get Quest: Kerubar Hunt.
Kill: 3 Striped Kerubs running around West of here.
Turn In: Kerubar Hunt to Mires. (330 EXP)

You should be level 9 now. If you are not, kill mobs near Pernos until you get to level 9. As soon as you turn level 9 do the Ascension. It gives enough EXP to put you 1 EXP from level 10, and you can’t get to level 10 until you do the Ascension quest. So, it is pointless to turn in any quests or kill anything.
Update Quest: Ascension at Pernos.
Use Return or Die to get to Akarios Village.
Exit North.
Go to the Island in Cliona Lake.
Fill Pernos’ Potion Bottle.
Go to Daminu Forest and follow the road to Daminu.
Update Quest: Ascension.
Run North and return to Pernos.
Update Quest: Ascension.
Talk to Belpartan.
This time through the cutscene you will have to kill 5 mobs. Be ready for that.
Turn In: Ascension to Pernos and choose the Path you would like to follow. (73,200 EXP)

Run North.
Continue following the road to Pao(262, 1277).

Go West and enter Timolia Mine and make your way to the end of it.

Continue through the cave, when you enter the last room turn left.
